It was actually Bill Bailey that first inspired me to learn this prelude (I haven’t tried the fugue). It features in his investigation of cockney music in some of classical music’s finest works.
This version, by Glenn Gould is just amazing, incredible lightning fast fingerwork. Just awesome, as in I’m in awe of him.
